of fifteen professionals. All personnel are required
to attain a satisfactory level of “hands on” practical
construction knowledge in addition to their technical
capabilities. The technical staff is encouraged
to increase their proficiency in their field by
attending technical seminars and through technical
journals.
Project personnel
are selected based on the specific expertise required, the complexity of the project, the performance time required and availability.

JPHES possess the technical expertise and manpower to perform studies, investigations, planning, design and contract/construction administration, supervision of equipment/systems installation and assistance with equipment/systems procurement for a variety of projects to include interior/exterior renovations, utility infrastructure improvements and improvements/installation of systems, equipment and distribution for telecommunications, data networks, broadcast technology, audio/visual technology and electronic security.
We utilize computer aided design and drafting (CADD) programs, as well as an hourly analysis program (HAP) and Trane TRACE to perform our HVAC energy loads, energy simulations, life cycle costing, equipment selections, piping system design, ductwork design, lighting design, power system design, communications system design, security system design and cost estimates. We utilize computer aided drafting in the production of our contract drawings.
Each set of drawings is personally reviewed, approved, signed, and sealed by Joseph P. Harvey, P.E. or James R. Walls, P.E., ensuring the highest level of quality control and comprehensive response which we bring to each project.
