Details:

 

Provided a complete set of plans and book specifications for new mechanical, electrical and fire protection systems. The work was to be performed with building remaining operational and to provide minimum visibility to campus pedestrians.

 

Provided a new variable refrigerant volume (VRV) system.

 

A wet pipe sprinkler system was provided for additional life safety per owners request. A new fire main connected to adjacent water utility was routed to building. Due to campus having inadequate water pressure, we worked with local code officials to provide manual wet pipe system.

 

Upgraded electrical distribution system including switch board, panel boards, and step-down dry-type transformers. Replaced lighting and convenience receptacles.
