Located in the Smokey Mountains of Sevierville, Tennesse, the Wyndham Vacation Resorts is just one location of a chain of popular timeshare getaways.

Details:

Provided a complete set of plans and specifications for new fire protection, plumbing, mechanical and electrical systems. The work included extensive research of the standard Tennessee codes and local regulations.

Due to the building position and site elevation special consideration was given to storm water removal at the ground level and within all restoration walls. The electrical systems made provisions for cable TV and telephones.

Fixture and equipment selections were coordinated with the owners’ representative to comply with Wyndham’s standards. Each individual living unit is equipped with its own HVAC and domestic hot water system. Duct size and routing was closely coordinated with the structural engineer to limit field changes during construction.
